A Bright Future Ahead

Although our Premier Basketball team went down 99 -59 to a well-drilled Palmerston North Boys High School in the Local competition final, we can look forward to another good season next year as the majority of the team step up to Year 11 & 12.

Some pics of the recent Te Rawhiti Roa Under 16 Rugby Tournament held at Te Aute. This was the Inaugural competition with Te Aute, Hato Paora, Gisborne Boys, and a Ngati Porou East Coast selection teams taking part. Te Aute were the eventual winners.

The Night of the Year

The theme for this years Ball was 'Ice Age' but I dont think anyone actually turned up dressed accordingly. An appropriate theme would have been 'Punk rock' because of all the dyed mohawks. Luckily the music wasnt in the same vein.

Big Things Poppin' at the Novotel

This was the 2nd year our Annual Ball was held at the Novotel Hotel in Palmerston North. Although the meal was not as good as last year, the boy's enjoyed the company of their dates and made the most of the night dancing.

Friday Nights under lights

It was my first chance to go and watch our basketball teams play lastnight. Our Senior A team had a close win against Feilding High School 67 - 62.
